Duplicate Sections

Hi all,
I have just upgraded to V8 and am having a slight hitch.
I am getting duplicate sections ie. main brochure page has links to various sections, select fixed wing aircraft and you are taken to the next page giving an option of 2 links 1. ic powered 2. electric aircraft.
The trouble is I have both links on this page twice.
I have tried changing the product detail in the layout tab but cannot seem to identify which one I have wrong.
Here is the source detail of the preview page.

Settings | Site Options - Layouts tab - set either Bottom Sub Section List to No Layout OR set Top Sub Section List to No Layout.

Not working

Hi all,
I have tried what you have suggested and also read through the sticky threads, even resorting to resetting ALL the library layouts, variables and conditions and gone back into the DESIGN - DESIGN OPTIONS and am still getting the same result.
I really don't get why I am getting this only on the second level of sections.
If I were getting it on all levels it would make sense to me (well sort of) anyway this is obviously something simple for it to be refered to in the sticky threads with very few replies, but I simply cannot sort it.
Help please as I don't want to start changing lots of things on my site only to loose them bacuse I need to reset or smething like that.

No this is not on my live site it is on the new one I am TRYING to build as I have just upgraded to version 8.

Select the page you see the error on in your content tree and check the setting for those same two items in the Page Layout tab. Change one of them to No Layoutl.

I have tried that with no joy.
I cleared all cache etc but that made no difference.
Here is what I have in the layout tab.

Section.

Bottom Sub = No Layout
Column Count = Use Parent
Column Count For Sub = Use Parent
Main Product = Use Parent = Standard Section Page
Section Link = Use Parenty = Image Only
Top Sub = Standard Sub Section List.

Any ideas?

Hi,
Anyone got any pointers as I have tried all so far without success.
I will have to try and call support tomorrow but find it extremely hard to get through most of the time.

The only other thing I could offer is to take a snapshot and look at it - there's really nothing to go on without that.
