Changing the look of the customer receipt
Does anyone know if this is possible? if so any tips on how would be really appreciated. Scoured the off and online manuals can't even find a reference to templates or anything!

The recipt layout is available in the design tab and the select "receipt" from the page type drop down list. Templates are no longer available in v8 .. they are called layouts.
You can edit it accordingly but best to take a copy first in the library as it is easy to break -

Thanks for the response, It is the printed receipt layout generated in the orders pages that I am trying to change. I thought it would be a word processing template. Do you know if there is onje that can be mosified?Comment

That is the receipt page - the on screen page after everything has been processed and paid for - the one that has "done" at the bottom to return the customer back to the store .. at the top it says "print this page for your records" etc.
If you are wanting to edit the reports pages you will need a copy of Crystal Reports to edit the .RPT filesComment
