    New Product - Catalog.exe error

    When I click on Marketing¦New Products Actinic crashes and displays an Catalog.exe error. I checked the error log but wasn't sure which message had been created so deleted it (thinking it was similar to the Windows event viewer). I've been able to go into New Products before without any problems.

    Can anyone shed any light on this?

    I'm using Business Multisite v8.0.3

    All I can suggest at the moment is for you to compact the databases to see if it make a difference. You can do that through HouseKeeping | Compact Databases . However if that does not help then I sugest you raise a support query through http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm so support can get hold of the snapshot/database to investigate.
