bounce page checkout problem

Hi, when i click on checkout the bounce page redirects me back to the product page. I want it to stop on the checkout without bouncing.
I have set in design options, bounce delay to 0 (zero), site upload.
I am using a minimum spend level of £10, if the customer does not spend £10 and click on checkout they are taken to this bounce page which tells them they have not spent enough, I want the page to stay static.

The bounce page stays put for all other scenarios as expected.

I need to run this past development as the script is currently working as designed, the logic being that the customer has not achieved the minimum spend and hence needs to go back to the catalog to be able to do this.

Will let you know what they say.
