where in the actiniccatalog.mdb is the last upload date stored?

is it only available online at www.site.com/acatalog/A000.cat ?

From memory this has been asked before and was told that this date is not stored in the database, it is something written to the server at upload. I seem to recall that to force an update, it was necessary to delete the files on the server, therefore forcing an upload.
