    Payment Methods for Account Customers

    Is it possible to set up two payment methods - credit card & invoice with order - so account customers who log on can only select invoice with order and normal retail customers (who don't log on) can only see the credit card option?

    The problem we're having is that joe public are selecting the "payment on account (for pre-approved account holders)" instead of the credit card payment option.

    Hi Richard

    The way to get this working will be to setup the customer accounts with "Invoice with order" as the "Payment Method"(you can do this via the Account tab) and then tick the "Limit to Defined Customers" check box for "Invoice with Order" payment Method in Business settings | Payment and Security.

    There is something that I need to tell you though, this will prevent the retail customers from getting the "Invoice with Order" option on checkout but the account customers will still get the "Credit Card' option.
