I have seen Actinic do this a couple of times before, so I thought I would ask you all if anyone else has had this, and if there is a fix.
We sell a toy called the Levitron. I have just taken an order for 2 from an existing customer. Nothing else in the order, nothing added than deleted. However under shipping and handling, Actinic has created 3 packages. Packages 1 and 2 each contain 1 Levitron, and have the correct postage. However the mysterious 3rd package, which Actinic says is empty, has £1 postage against it.
Is this a known issue? I couldn't find it on a quick search, although I was not quite sure I was searching for the right thing.
