    Printing labels

    Hello all

The blurb on the box says Actinic8 Prints "invoices, packing lists and address labels"

I've been searching for what the address label facility is but get references to Dymo and the like. Very confusing.

I'm setting up my first site. My client wants an invoice with the goods and an address label on the packaging. What does the above statement mean in reality and is specialist stationery required? Or can the labels for a day's orders represented on the packing list be printed in bulk on Avery A4 sheets or similar?

    Thanks

    Scott

You will need stationery to do it Scott, there is software and information on this within the box. I daresay that something could be written to amalgamate addresses onto a normal label template, however it isn't standard.

It may appear a little misleading, however Actinic can print address labels IF you purchase the appropriate stationery.

Sorry - when I said 'in the box' I was speaking metaphorically having purchased a download! Can you point me to some information on this site?

      Thanks

Actinic can print addresses on avery sheets as standard but only within the marketing module. This is really for sending mailshots, etc.

To print an address label for mailing orders, the only ways I'm aware of are:

        1. Buy A4 paper from someone like mole end with integrated labels.

        2. Use a modified packing list report and print the address label on a dymo label printer.

Scott i am talking from what you get in the box, i am unsure with regards to downloads. Have you taken a look on their website?

I believe it is Mole end add-on with labels specifically made to suit it.
