Problem with buttons on checkout page

The CONFIRM CHECKOUT and CANCEL boxes on my checkout page seem to be blanked out - they appear but look as if they are not active, which they are. Can anyone let me know where I can change some attribute to make these buttons more noticeable? If you want to have a look they are at: http://www.skyelight.co.uk/cgi-bin/ca000001.pl

Have a look for some other buttons here:
C:\Program Files\Actinic v8\Formats\ButtonSets

Backup your old ones before copying new ones into your site1 folder and make sure the image names are the same.
