Auto Image resize in sub section

Hi does anyone know how to make actinic automatically resize an image within a sub section or section etc..

My images are just a little to big and wont resize automatically is there a simply change to a setting that will work on all the images in this section or subsection ??

You might find page 34 useful in the AUG. That together with some blocks in the layout to use thumbnails instead of full size images may help you.
