Help recreate link to fragments

I've managed to delete the links at the top of the page to the fragments - About Us, Policies, Shop, etc. How do I add those back?

I would also like links on that same line to our forums and gallery. How do I create those when I don't have a fragment for them? I hard coded it with Actinic 7, but can't figure out how to get it in with version 8. Here is my site created with version 7: http://apeekintoyesterday.com/

I'm trying to get back the entire set of links that are just to the right of the logo. I've managed to delete them all with Version 8.

It's difficult to describe what to do as there are many different navigation options and where you put them and which one to use will depend on your site so I would recommend the following....

Firstly backup.

Depending how much customisation you have done either:
1. Restore from a previous backup
2. Change the Theme to a different one and then change it back again which should restore your outer layout. (This will wipe out any changes you have made to the layout)

I tried changing themes, then back again. But whatever theme I change to, those buttons are missing.

I don't have a backup because I'm just tinkering now before I make the big jump to upgrading my site. Although I've done a lot of tinkering! I guess I could un-install V8 then reinstall.

Reinstall then if you are tinkering and start taking snapshots very regularly to avoid issues like this.
