Sections listed twice on main catalog page

The sections are listed twice in the body of my first/main catalog page.

http://apeekintoyesterday.com/acatalog/test/acatalog/

It seems like I ran into this a few releases ago, but I can't remember how I fixed it. Help!

this is a common happening.....

you have top subsection list and bottom subsection list assigned to a layout, make one of these no layout
