Importing existing CSV Database into Actinic - Discount Prices based on Quantity

My latest brick wall is the following.

We already have a large database of products that we use on an existing web shop containing thousands of products.

To data we have been building our products into a Hierarchical format. While we have been successful we can see that it will take about a month to convert our full product list. So we are looking to use the flat file import to use our existing database. Many of our products have discounts based on quantity but the flat file doesn't seem to be able to cope with these.

I have been looking at the FlatFileConversion tool but that only seems to be able to build Hierarchical elements using the Section and Product headers. The discount prices need to go under the Price header.

So I am wondering how do I convert a flat file csv data file into a Hierarchical file to maintain our discounted prices?

Is there anyone who can develop a script or program to convert our csv database into a Hierarchical file for upload?

This would save us so much time and effort and generally make us happy.

    Thanks.
