Hosting on .com and .co.uk

Greetings All,

I have a domain name with both .com and .co.uk extensions. I have a few questions.

Can I upload my site to both?

If so what changes do I need to make?

Will it affect my SEO situation?

If for any reason I cannot upload to both, am I better off using the .co.uk domain since I am based in the UK?

Incidentally I have a multisite license.

Being in the UK, only upload only to the .co.uk domain and set up a permanent redirect from the .com to the .co.uk domain. This will avoid the SEs seeing duplicated content but your visitors can use either domain.
