editing e-mail content

Hi,
I want to add some additional text to my buyer e-mail, but can't work out how to do it. Can anyone help...?

Buyer Email

Go into the design tab and scroll down to emails, ther will be several templates, customer email, order received email, etc. open the one you want and edit away, click apply and ok and then upload the store again.
Another way is to click to send order email and then you will see 'manage emails' from there you can do the editing, I have copied many of the original mails and then changed to suit my needs such as payment declined, failed city-link delivery.

Order received email

Am new to Catalog V8. I would like to receive the same email my customer automatically receives when they place their order. In this way when I am out I can check my emails and receive details of the customer and order without going onto my site. Hope someone can help - if so am not very techy so would appreciate a basic reply

Include your email address in the field that specifies the email address for notifications to be sent to. Separate the second address by using a space.

I cant recall where it is exactly, but it's sure to be in the settings menu. A quick search should find it in 60 seconds or so.
