There are no addresses in your address book

I found the solution to removing this option in the v7 forum but it doesnt seem to apply to v8.
I don't need this functionality in the site I am building and so need to remove this as an option.
any help please?

Hi,

To remove the address book option:

- go to the 'Design' menu and select 'Library'
- on the 'Layouts' tab expand the 'Checkout Area' group (click on the '+')
- double-click on the 'Delivery Address Fields' layout
- remove lines 5 and 6:

<!-- Address Book--> AddressBook<!-- End of Address Book -->
<!-- Location info for address book-->LocationInfo <!-- End of location info for address book -->

- click 'Apply' and 'OK'
- close the 'Library'
- update your site
