View cart not working on demo site

Hi, I'm using V8.5 and an adapted Executive design at -
http://trials.actinic.com/trials/trial37674/
Everything seems to work but the View Basket button. Now I have cut bits of the code out to get rid of the Login box next to the View basket button but I thought I was pretty careful. Is there a known problem or have I just been a clumsy oaf.

On a very quick look I see it works in Firefox but not in IE7. I also noticed that this is not defined in actinic.css:
class="link_cart"

How do I get the code back, open another site in Executive theme and copy the code back in from there? Would that work?

Can you revert the layout back to factory settings and start again?

Better still restore a previous snapshot and note the difference, then reinstall a current snapshot and make the corrections.
