woah!! where did that come from..!!!
ah now im really getting it..but what has also just clicked is us mere mortals are stuck with what we have in terms of the variables like section page name if indeed they are variables(highlighted blue but not in the library)if im right in thinking that the code chris pasted was a twist on the standard selectable from within actinic.

notice the &nbsp;|&nbsp; at the end thats all i need to work with for now.
