Protx email to customer

Hi All,

I tested ordering a product on my website. Everything works fine, the only problem is the email which is sent from protx to the customer. It reads:

"You can put your own text here"

I have looked all over and I can't find out where to amend this text. Protx said it was something in my Actinic store which needs to be edited. They mentioned a field called "eMailMessage=".

Where can i find this?

This i think you will find in in your Protx payment file on you computer, if you change you will need to update your website, i will try and find the exact file

You will find that the text comes from the 'OCCProtxScriptTemplate.pl' file that you will find @ C:\Program Files\Actinic v8\Sites\Site1\CommonOCC.

Open the file with notepad and search for 'Add new 2.22 fields' you should see the following

$sCrypt .= "&eMailMessage=You can put your own message in here";
