Hi

Does anyone know how to include in the Actinic database a field that allows customers to be removed from the email marketing campaign and product updates?

Ideally we want an automated procedure that allows customers to click on a link in one of our email campaigns which removes them from the marketing list - any ideas?

Are you wanting to use part of Actinic for this or a stand alone option? I use www.marketmailer.co.uk with Actinic which ensures that all e-mails sent to subscribers has an opt in and opt out option. You can either embed a form in a fragment in Actinic or add a link as at http://www.mellenpress.co.uk/acatalog/mellenpress.html [still in test mode] the link for newsletter at the top will allow you to add your name - any other fields you want - and e-mail and change your preferences any time. It can be set up for a number of different notifications, trade / public, news/ special offers etc
