    CSS Styles

If you create a brochure page fragment, then you have a kind of cut down rich text editor. one of the drop downs is labelled CSS Styles of which the default value is none. Where does it reference css, and how can I create css styles to take advante off in fragments ?

I would imagine you add the css styles into the stylesheet and then you can create your own fragment layout and apply this to the fragments where you want to use it.

I don't know the answer directly but the simplest way to use css in fragments is to add html code into the fragment, you can then format the text etc in the normal html way.

It is greyed out till text is selected within the General>text box. I've created some new classes in actinic.css plus I've got a couple of snippets with embedded css classes. it doesn't reference either of them. Odd eh ?

From a coding point of view, it would be cleaner to create a fragment layout with the required CSS styles aplied and then just use this fragment layout where and when you want it.

That's the conclusion I've reached. It seems to be an appendix: there but with no apparent function!

v7 was notoriously bad at implementing and recognising css embedded into fragments and products. <div> tagging rather than <span> tagging seemed to resolve
