Can anyone help please?
I have been reading through the legalities of interent trading. It appears that you need to spell out your terms for returns etc in the email (or similar) that you send to a customer. Merely including them on the website and then getting customers to tick that they have read is not enough. (The reason being that they can be changed) You must give them something in writing (email or fax) that can be filed. As far as I am aware this is not part of the standard actinic offering. Has anyone else dealt with this and if so how?
Thanks very much
