I updated from v8.02 to v8.04 and some unprocessed credit card numbers have disappeared. Anyone have any ideas? I have switched to HSBC PSP now so not desperate but a bit concerning as this software is now running live on several sites.

Hi Mick,
This is very odd as I've never heard of us stripping things out of the database before. Have you switched on the 'Login and Credit Card Encryption' option (Settings | Business Settings | Options)?
How did you do the upgrade (on installation of v8 or a snapshot import)?
Has this happened on all the sites or just one?********************
