Help with Shipping costs.

Hi all,

Im sure this as been covered before so please dont shout at me. I have looked through threads but cant find my answers. If some one knows which threads or has any answers then please point me to them. Here Goes.

I have set up my shipping costs as free over £5 orders, but this is for small products of a particular type which my site features at the moment.

However i now want to add some totally different products which i must charge shipping at different amounts. So how can i set up shipping charges per item from now on, ?

I would advise to ship all of your products by weight, its much easier to setup, its far more flexible and its very rare not to be able to set something up using this method. In fact if i'm honest, i read your post about 10 days ago saying you was doing value based shipping and was thinking that within a fortnight you will need to change that.

New shipping in 8.05 will also have some better features you can use.

Theres a few of us awaiting its release, i would imagine we will have it by Wednesday at the latest. I'd rather they release it a few days late but bug free personally, they've been much improved on their communications, so i'm playing my part in that and sitting patiently.
