Delivery address tick box 7.0.6

The tick box for delivery address has gone missing, is there a setting that controls this somewhere?

I have replaced the template already.

That is in 'Design | Text | Web Site(Cont) | Invoice Address' Scroll down on that page and you should see that it is the second last option, you need to select the show box.
