small problem

[Zero Cipher]

trying to upload a site and I'm getting this message:

"Some filenames conflict. All files being sent to the web site must have unique names. Please check the list of files in Design | Additional Files.

Some of the following files must be renamed before an upload can occur. Once the files are renamed, reselect them in the Actinic.

I renamed some of the files but this continues


It started doing this when i added a new home page to the site (previously i had a splash page) but it seems to be a conflict between v7 and v8 (I keep both as one site i run works better in v7)

Ive seen this before but a while ago - waht version of V8 are you using?

8.5 same was happening on v8 as well.

These are essentially the same file as Actinic stores them together in the same place:

D:\Actinic v8\Sites\Big Bath Store\bathimages\pageads\logo.gif
D:\Actinic v8\Sites\Big Bath Store\logo.gif

D:\Actinic v8\Sites\Big Bath Store\Product Images\Special Offers\f8_1.jpg
D:\Actinic v8\Sites\Big Bath Store\bathimages\f8_1.jpg"

.. delete one or the other from either directory.

I would suggest removing to a safe place outside the Actinic site folder and see how that copes.
