Permutation problems

HELP! I have built a site for a client that uses price permutations. Now that the basic site has been handed over, when they put products with permutations in, the values are not being handed over to the cart.

Everything appears to be correct but this error is occuring. Any ideas ?

It looks as if you have the pricing model set to some thing that doesn't include component pricing - or you have 0 prices set on the permutations or attribute.
