Customising the NaviBar

Sorry but it's me again I'm trying to figure out how to add specific elements of the navigationbar - say I want to add just 'view cart', 'checkout' and 'contact' - is there a way we can add these individually, or do we add a full navibar and delete items off?

In the design view, click in the code window where you want the naviagtion to appear. Right click and Insert Layout - Navigation Icon. Right click and Edit Appearance. In the Use Fixed layout row, click to open the dropdown and then select which item you want to add. Repeat until your menu is complete.
