V8 - Adding Variables Results in failing W3C

Hi guys,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with this. I have designed a site in Dreamweaver that passes the W3C validation test. However when i then add variables to the pages through actinic (such as Shopping Carts, checkout buttons etc.) and then save my site the pages don't comply with W3C, is there anyway around this... Cheers
