Spotted that, is it a deliberate function?

I notice the question about file location etc but what is confusing me is that even though all the files are in the correct location, it fails to pick them up on snapshot export?

Also, when we make changes to the OCC.ini is it normal to have to re-input the encryption password into the site occ?

Nope, that should hold fine as it is the reason for the ini file number being updated.

If you maintain the same hierarchy within the 'Site1' folder, Actinic will happily snapshot them, the issue arises with images that are external to the 'Site1' as Actinic is not too sure as to how to handle them. Hence the 'NOT CATALOG'.
