Links problem

Hi

I have upgraded to v.8.03 and my links to external sites no longer work.

Say my link is written as http://www.ssafa.org.uk target="_blank"
This is same on both the running v7 site and the test v8 site.

On the v7 it links OK and the link comes up as http://www/ssafa.org.uk/
but in the v8 site it doesn't work and the link comes up as http://www.ssafa.org.uk%target=/

Any help appreciated. I was about to make this the live site until I spotted this!

Try adding quotes around the address
