V850 Bug. EntireSectionList generates bad URL if Previewing with Design Tab selected

If you have the Design view selected and you generate a Site Preview (Web / Offline Preview) then any links genrated by <actinic:block type="EntireSectionList">...</actinic:block> refer to DesignPreviewHTML instead of PreviewHTML.

Workaround: If you're using EntireSectionList in a custom layout , switch to the Content view before doing a full Preview.
