Received 2 payments for 1 order ID

Hi,

I have received 2 payments in PayPal but only 1 order ID from actinic.

The customer has bought 2 sword cleaning kits - This produces 1 actinic ID. But when I go to paypal, I have received two payments. They both share the same Actinic ID.

So she has effectively paid for 4 sword cleaning kits.

Has anyone had experience with a similar situation and can give advice? I have no idea what has happened and I am unsure what to do.

I would email here and comefirm how many she wants, it looks like a direct payment and the paid twice. Never had it myself
