Product Groups

Im trying to create product groups the instructions are very clear it says
Go to 'Marketing | Product Groups'

Well I do and dont have that option - do I have the wrong version ? its Catalog 8.0.3

Design - Content Categories is probably what you are after unless its groups as part of the business edition.

Yes, you will need Business or Designer version to configure Product Groups.
