    Download Orders

    Hi All

    Help required. We imported a new snapshot with new products to Actinic v.8 which our designer was preparing.

    With the new snapshot we are unable to download orders (returns with no orders to download) we know this is untrue as we run tests and see the orders in Protx. When we put the old snapshot back on our machine it dowloads the orders.

    Our designer has said he made no changes to settings.

    Any suggestions?

    Did the designer start with a fully configured site snapshot? Did you check/make all the required settings before you uploaded the new snapshot to the webspace?

    If not, then check the security settings, your PSP settings, Business settings etc first and then suspend your site. Wait a minimum of 30 minutes (I often leave the site suspended for two hours) and then download all orders.

    Upload the new snapshot and enable ordering. Test the order process from beginning to end.

      It's not something as simple as your designer has changed the network settings to perhaps look at some test area while he designs, and hence Actinic can't find any orders there?
