Check out via SSL problem

Hi

Building website at http://www.cloudten.com

Whilst I've gone throught other threads I'm still having problems solving my problem with the check out not working through SSL

If I click View Basket and then Check out now (this has the link http://www.cloudten.com/cgi-bin/cm000001.pl) I get an empty basket.

If I click Checkout in the left hand menu with the following link I get a script error (http://www.cloudten.com/cgi-bin/ca00...ACTION%3dStart)

So neither link to check out on the SSL works.

I assume my Network Setup is correct but have included screen shots for anyone wishing to see.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Malcolm

What happens when you do a test of the settings via Web | Network Setup. Does it go through successully? If the test throws up any errors then you will have to reconfiure the settings. On the other hand if the problems are occuring inspite of the setting being ok then it might be due to the secure and non-secure folders being acessed via different URL's, it could be that information is not getting transferred. You might have to check this up with your hosts.

If you contine to have probelms with the settings export them and send them to me through kchandran/at/actinic/dot/co/dot/uk . I'll take a look at them.
