Move acatalog to the main index

Currently my actinic website runs from the acatalog directory.

How do i get it to run from my main index file (in my public_html root) so that my acatalog file is my home page.

You put an empty index.html file in public_html, add a permanent redirect from that folder to /acatalog/index.html (in htaccess if you are on Linux) and in Actinic untick the 'Use as website home page' box.
