Adding text at top of shopping cart page

I am trying to work out how to put a text message at the top of all the shopping cart pages.

I have searched this forum and read all the help pages but cannot track down any clues.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Hi

I do not know what flavour of V8 you have but switch to the designer window and select the checkout pages under the page type dropdown box, failing that go to Design | Library | Variable then select web page inner layout then order 00 to 04 bulkarea layouts these are you 4 pages
