Real www puzzle

I am trying to set up a new dedicated server, I have two computers side by side.
On one i can access the domain www/dot/prezziesplus/dot/com and also the domain without the www.
On the other (the one that has Actinic) i can only access the domain without the www the error message comes up Error 403 - Forbidden You tried to access a document for which you don't have privileges.
Also I cannot Ftp up from Actinic and it's driving me mad, anyone got any suggestions? Pleeeease

Is the site hosted on either of those machines or remotely?

I can see the site using both (content: this will be index.html test)

Site with this domain not loaded to server, I can also see the site (Index test) using 2 other machines, but not the machine with Actinic.
Weird innit?

Clear the browser cache. And if still the same then try a different browser - perhaps FF instead of IE - that will eliminate a possible caching issue.

Tried all that, no luck.

Now fixed, it was a wrong Resolver IP causing the problem!
