Order to download prompt email gone

Hi all,

Ive recently been doing some work on the checkout of my website. More specifically i wanted to change the receipt page's look. All was fine and dandy the page is how i want it to look (print.css) the only problem now is that i don't seem to be getting the prompt email that i have another order to download. I get the email receipt that gets sent to the customer but not the prompt email. I havent checked with the client yet to see if they are still recieving the orders (i hope so) i was just wondering if anyone had come across this before?

Just to confirm - the email saying order(s) are awaiting collection is only sent for the first order, which is then reset when the orders are downloaded and the next order that is placed then initiates the email once again and so the circle continues, not an email each time.

Check that the setting for sending an email when orders waiting is enabled and also maybe set the send you a copy of the customers invoice to see if that helps.
