Business settings - shipping page too small

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help with this. My business settings - shipping & handling page is too small to enter new data, in postage charge section, on right hand side of page.

Can you post a screen grab? Which version are you using 804, 850?
Also describing what you want to put in would help as there may be other ways to achieve what you want.

Thank you for your reply. I cannot send the page,I cannot copy the page. I want to adjust my postage charges, but cannot enlarge page.
The page is cut off at the right hand side.

Is this inside Actinic itself? If so you can grab and drag the pane dividers to allow you more room to see .. or try closing one of the panes (preview for example) and that should allow the whole view to be seen on screen

Can you provide a screen grab and attach it to a reply? You can use the "print screen" button on the keyboard and then paste into a graphics, paint or even word processor package to attach to a post for someone to see exactly what you are experiencing.

Hugh - as per mine and Duncan's posts a screen grab would be very helpful to assist in a solution - what has been suggested so far should have resolved so a screen grab of what is happening is going to be the best option to get a resolution to your specific issue.

As echoed earlier we will have to see a screen grab to be able to help you. In the space you enter your postage charges, there is a small scroll bar at the bottom that you could use to scroll to the right to see the complete column, else if you hover on the almost invisible | to the left of 'Cost' you will be able to click here and drag that column more to the left to enhance visibility.
