Confirmation email

Hi,
Can anyone help with this please?

I am trying to stop actinic from sending the email that confirms the order before we have had the chance to check the stock position etc

I know there is a setting in Site| Business settings| ordering that seems to allow me to turn it off. But how do I then agree to send it when I have checked the stock position. Is there an option anywhere to allow me to send an acknowledgment eg “we have received the order and we will advise of delivery etc… and then to send the standard email when we have checked it.

Each order you download has an email tab, so you can use the defaults in there, or create your own email for use in there, which you can then send out.
