Actinic OK on godaddy servers?

Could anyone please advise if actinic is OK on a godaddy server - we are having FTP upload issues and the web developer seems to think there is some incompatability between actinic and godaddy which is cauing time out type errors ?

Correction - yes I have, if you search the forum there are a few threads about them from last year.

Godaddy offer 3 hosting plans and about 7 server types. We'd need to know which you're using to be able to cooment further.

Looking at the account it does not look like it is cgi enabled which is required to run Actinic.
