Lost Design Tab

Prob a real stupid question but how do I get the design tab back?

My customer sent me a snapshot to do an update on, after import I only have the Content and Orders tabs.

He had been set so he couldnt make design changes.

Its ok I found the tick box that needed ticking in Business Settings/Options
