Drop Down Menus

Hope some one can help!!

I have the navigation bar going along the top, but I want a drop down menu from the products link listing all of the sections under the product heading.

Does anyone know how to do this

What I need is when you hover or click a link on the navigation bar I want a list to drop down with the different fragments within the section
