    Serious Payment Problems

    Long story short, I have been using Actinic for my fly fishing shop and recently it came to light that I have not been charging peoples credit cards as they were not selecting World pay as the medium for payment, I have shipped the goods believing that all was well and that the monies were finding their way into my business bank account.

    I have spoken to the parties involved and to their credit they have agreed to pay me buy cheque etc even though some of the goods were shipped in January!!!

    I have a setting in ‘business settings’ that enables them to pay using a credit card, this option I need to remove so they can only choose payment methods Worldpay, Paypal, cheque or cash. If they pay using the credit card method, the payment sits in limbo and doesn’t go anywhere.

    I have tried to remove this method of payment but Actinic says something about not being able to remove this as its some peoples chosen method of payment.

    The question I have is how can I remove this and alter peoples chosen method of payment? If it is indeed possible so I don’t get into the situation I have had for the past 3 months.

    Sounds like you have orders pending payment that have chosen this method of payment.
    You will have to get delete these before Actinic will allow you to delete the method of payment.
