Also try temporarily replacing all < and > characters in that document.write with [ and ]. That way you can see your code as plain text instead of relying on clicking it.

Looking back at your code I fail to see how you're going to get a proper link onto the email. It may be easier to go back to the Advanced Guide and start again.

i can create a popup that works and it is in action on my test site all works or seems to so far

im trying to work on a mailto option that opens there email client
i can get it to fill ina subject line or fill in a body of text but i cant figure out why i cant get it to do both

which of my many trials are you refering too?

Now I think I see what you're doing. You're putting this on the Extended Info page. If it's working that's fine. However I guess that means you'll have to create such a page for all products.

You may want to check your overall layout for that popup page as the <head>....</head> section seems to be missing.
