Black icons?

Should I be worried about the black backgrounds on the icons [see attached]?

I've just re-installed v8.5 on to a new PC -- it seems to be working ok (at the moment, anyway)

actually, i'd not be all that bothered. its probably some odd display setting on your computer. for weeks my laptop was stuck with ugly icons.
