We are getting the following error

I am new to Actinec and everything was working fine. The only changes made were a few items were disabled and uploaded and then a product was added but not uploaded.
It also gives this error when you try and upload the site

An error occurred while merging files on the remote site. The web site index has been corrupted. Catalog is unable to update the index. Copy D:/data/uniformcorner.comhttpdocs/acatalog/fulltext.fil to D:/data/uniformcorner.comhttpdocs/acatalog/oldtext.fil failed. Please refresh the site.
