Quantity Dependent Price Prompt - changing it

Hi,
I am trying to change the "Quantity Dependent Price Prompt" at the moment for 1 item it just has the default of "1 or fewer items", I won't to change this to something like "1+ items" but I can't.
I've gone into Design and Text and then changed (Phase: -1 ID: 290) but when I preview I still get the default of "1 or fewer items".
Am I looking in the correct place ?

Hi Peter,

Click on a page in the content tree that has some quantity dependant pricing on it, then click the design tab. If you click on the price itself, you should be able to edit the layout called Standard Tax Inclusive Price, which contains several block:if statements to determine what text to show.
